Below you will find the list of forms required to complete the Contract for Level 1 of the Aquarian Teacher Program.

These are the forms KRI needs to have at least 4 months prior to the start date of your program. The earlier the better!

We have compiled an Instruction Manual, also known as the Policy and Procedures Manual (PPM), to guide you through the process of completing these contracts.

Contract Forms

Note: The PR piece/brochure needs to be reviewed and approved by KRI before printing and distribution. The Promotional Guidelines will guide you through this process. Include a copy of your liability insurance policy or renewal form showing $1,000,000 coverage during your program. Registration & Release Form

Please Note: Before you distribute ANY promotional material you MUST have an approved contract.  For quicker processing results, please send in all promotional material with the signed contract forms.

Policies Regarding the Contract
Please be aware of the policies below for the Level 1 Teacher Training Contract:

1. You must submit the contract at least four months prior to the start date of your program

2. Your program length must be a minimum of 22 weeks.

3. All promotional material cannot be publicized without KRI review AND an approved Aquarian Teacher Level 1 contract.

4. You MUST have your students fill out and sign the Registration and Release Form or a similar version of it.

5. You are required to have all participants sign the Certification Requirements form at the beginning of the Program. These forms are to be completed and signed by a member of the Teacher Training team when all certification requirements have been met. The Certification Requirements form is located in the Tool Kit.

6. Most importantly, you must be fully aware of all terms and conditions that you are legally agreeing to. There have been many changes that you may not be aware of!
