TTEC and its committees are currently working on the following projects.

Level Two Development

  • Program improvements for current modules:

    • Conscious Communication

    • Authentic Relationships

    • Mind and Meditation

  • Develop curriculum and program for two remaining modules:

    • Life Cycles and Life Styles

    • Vitality and Stress

  • Develop a Trainer’s Guide for each module

Trainer Academy Development

  • Develop more fully the Train the Trainer Program

    • Define in measurable terms each level of trainer

    • Set clear benchmarks for determining when one moves from one level to next

    • Provide clear training of trainer guidelines for mentors

  • Trainer Certification Policy

    • Establish Qualification Requirements for Specialty Trainers

    • Determine Policy regarding long-time teachers who are not Level One trainers who want to certify as Level Two Trainers
